OK Flux 10.62

OK Flux 10.62 on korkeaemäksinen, agglomeroitu jauhekaarihitsausjauhe, joka ei seosta hitsiainetta piillä eikä mangaanilla. Se on tarkoitettu hitsattavaksi erityisesti niukkaseosteisten hitsauslankojen kanssa, kun hitsataan hienoraeteräksiä, kuumalujia teräksiä tai suurilujuisia teräksiä. Hitsiaineen iskusitkeys on käyttäen sopivaa lankaa erinomainen aina -60 oC:seen saakka. Hitsiaine on CTOD-testattu. Tyypillisiä käyttökohteita ovat mm. offshore, erikoislaivanrakennus, paineastiat ja sillanrakennus. Korkea emäksisyysaste tuottaa metallurgisesti korkealaatuisen hitsiaineen. Hitsiaine on erittäin niukkavetyinen, vetypitoisuus alle 5 ml/100 g. Hitsiaineen happipitoisuus on iskusitkeyden kannalta optimaalinen, n. 300 ppm. Lisäksi jauheen kostumistaipumus on hyvin pieni. OK Flux 10.62 soveltuu tasa- ja vaihtovirtahitsaukseen sekä yksi- ja monilankahitsaukseen.
